I love this story. As I age, I'm 56, I find walking to be more and more important to me. It makes me feel alive and energized, throw in a hill and all the better. The physical challenge and the breathing, some sweating and the scenery. I interviewed a woman a few years ago who complete a challenge: Run the Year, but she walked and discovered her self love.
